For sample orders, we require 100% advance payment — samples are custom-made for you and require upfront material sourcing and dedicated production time. For bulk production orders, we use a two-stage structure: a 70% advance is required to confirm your order and begin production, and the remaining 30% balance plus shipping charges is paid once production is complete and you have reviewed and approved the final photos. Every term is stated in writing on your Proforma Invoice before any payment is made. We accept bank transfer (TT/wire) and other mutually agreed methods.

You are never left waiting and wondering. We proactively share photos and written updates at every major milestone of your production — from fabric cutting and stitching through to finishing and final quality inspection. By the time your order is ready to ship, you will have already seen it being built across multiple stages. We share a complete final photo set before dispatch, and you confirm everything looks right before the 30% balance is paid and the order ships. This is our standard process for every order, not just large ones.

We strongly recommend starting with a sample order for exactly this reason — it lets you verify quality, fit, and finish before committing to bulk volumes.
