Welcome to Lajwanti Collections. By inquiring about, placing, or confirming an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms apply to all customers regardless of their location or the method used to place an order — including via our website, email, or WhatsApp.
Everything manufactured by Lajwanti Collections is custom-made to your specifications. This includes footwear, apparel, sports uniforms, and all other products we offer. Each order is produced exclusively for the client based on their chosen designs, materials, sizes, colors, branding, and other agreed specifications.
Because every product is made to order, production begins only after order confirmation and payment of the agreed deposit. This means each item is unique to your order and cannot be resold or repurposed by us.
An order is considered confirmed once both parties have agreed on the product specifications, pricing, and payment terms, and the required deposit has been received. We will communicate all order details — including design, quantity, size breakdown, and estimated production timeline — before production begins.
Please review all order details carefully before confirming. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all specifications provided are accurate and complete. Any changes requested after confirmation may not be possible once production has started.
No Cancellations After Confirmation: Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. As all products are custom-manufactured to your requirements, materials are sourced and work begins immediately upon order confirmation. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
All prices quoted by Lajwanti Collections are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a customer requests pricing in their local currency, we will accommodate that request — however, the final invoice amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of payment.
Prices quoted are valid for the specific order discussed and are subject to change for future orders depending on material costs, order quantity, and other factors. A confirmed quote is binding only for the order it was issued for.
All prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping options and costs are discussed and agreed upon separately at the time of order placement, based on your location and preferred delivery method.
We require a deposit to begin production. The deposit amount and remaining balance schedule will be communicated at the time of quoting and confirmed before production starts. The remaining balance is typically due before shipment.
Accepted payment methods will be discussed during order placement. Please ensure all payments are made to the verified account details provided directly by Lajwanti Collections. We are not responsible for payments made to incorrect accounts based on unverified information.
For most orders, a sample or prototype is produced prior to bulk manufacturing. The customer is required to review and approve the sample before full production begins. Any requested changes must be communicated during the sample stage.
Once the sample is approved and bulk production begins, design changes will not be possible. Lajwanti Collections will not be liable for issues arising from specifications that were approved by the customer at the sample stage.
We ship worldwide. Shipping options, carriers, estimated delivery timelines, and applicable costs are discussed and agreed upon at the time of order placement. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Lajwanti Collections will assist in resolving any shipping issues where possible but cannot be held liable for carrier delays or losses once goods have been handed over.

Due to the fully custom and made-to-order nature of all our products, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered. Every item is produced specifically to the customer's specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
All Sales Are Final: Once goods have been delivered, they cannot be returned for any reason — including a change of mind, incorrect sizing provided by the customer, or design decisions approved by the customer during the order process.
We strongly encourage all customers to review sample approvals carefully, verify size charts, and confirm all design details before approving bulk production. Our team is always available to answer questions before and during the production process.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect clearly attributable to our production error — and not present at the time of sample approval — we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
When a customer provides designs, logos, or branding materials for production, they confirm that they have the legal right to use those materials and take full responsibility for any intellectual property considerations related to their designs.
Lajwanti Collections retains the right to photograph completed products for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the customer explicitly requests confidentiality in writing at the time of order placement.
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during the ordering process — including sizes, quantities, delivery addresses, design files, color codes, and branding specifications. Lajwanti Collections will manufacture strictly according to approved specifications and cannot be held responsible for errors originating from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Lajwanti Collections reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. By continuing to place orders after any changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
